RLS AND DATA SECURITY
Align data visibility with user responsibilities.
Row-Level Security (RLS) restricts the rows users can see through role rules in the semantic model. We assess static rules or dynamic rules based on user identity against business requirements. RLS applies to workspace Viewers; it does not restrict Admin, Member or Contributor roles. Source access and workspace permissions are assessed separately.
